Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your jewelry in its original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
